Each USA-made tag is supplied with standard ID card (printed on front) and tag instructions (on back). Insert your ID or business card, peel back the laminate adhesive backing, press the laminate layer over your card and seal. It's as easy as 1-2-3! Choose your imprint from full color, pad print or silkscreen options! Complies with Prop 65. 4.5" W x 2.5" H x 0.04" D
