The Shipping Process

Which Freight Carriers do you use?

We ship your orders via UPS or Fedex depending upon which freight carrier offers the best shipping costs. All domestic Orders are shipped via ground shipping and international orders are shipped via air shipping.

Can I use my own Shipper Account Number?

You can most certainly use your own shipper account number. In rare cases, a third party charge of $10.00 may apply. This is at the discretion of our production teams.

What is a ship date?

Ship dates are assigned to each order. This is the date your order is scheduled to leave our warehouse. All ship dates are estimated and may change.

What is an In-Hand or Event Date?

In-Hand/Event dates are the dates provided by our customers. This is the absolute date you need your order delivered by. We guarantee on time shipment to meet your in-hand date. Please note, this guarantee does not include freight carrier delays. In-case of international shipments, we are not responsible for any delays incurred by custom/duty processes.

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping/Handling charges are determined upon the quantity of your chosen promotional item and destination zip code.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, however not all promotional products are available to ship internationally. We ship via air shipping for all international shipments. All shipments to Canada are shipped via ground shipping unless otherwise requested. International shipments do not include custom, duty or tax charges. These charges are calculated upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Can I ship to Multiple Addresses?

Yes, you may certainly ship to multiple addresses. The first two address are included within your freight charges. Additional addresses will incur a split shipment charge of $10 per address.

Shipping Address Corrections

At any time, if an incorrect shipping address is provided, freight carriers will charge us an address correction fee. This fee is discretionary of the freight carrier. This fee will be charged to your order.

What is the Return and Refund Process?

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We understand from time to time this may not happen.

  1. Printed Products: We cannot accept any returns on printed promotional products.

  2. Blank Products: All sales are final on blank products.

  3. Manufacturer Defects: In case there is a printing or product defect, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receipt of your order. In most cases, we will re-print your order for you, however, we will respond with best method to correct the error. This may include a refund.
